What to expect

We'll start with a  phone consultation to determine your needs, budget, and priorities of the project. Then, we will complete an in-home consultation (~30 minutes – 1 hour) to review the space in detail and collect photos and measurements and provide you with recommendations on how to move forward. 


We will begin shopping to pick the appropriate organizing products. It's okay if you don't want any new products and want to use what you already have!


Organizing and installation will occur on the scheduled date. The area of focus will be wiped or vacuumed clean prior to replacing items. The client will keep and pay for all used organizing products (shoe hangers, bins, makeup carousel, etc.). We will return all unused products to the store. All removed clutter/items will be either thrown away in client’s garbage or neatly packaged for donation to be completed by us (some limitations may apply). You will get a final walk-through of the newly organized area at the completion of the project! Hours will be billed at the completion of the session per the quoted hourly rate and an invoice will be sent to the client.

Virtual Home Organization

  Virtual organizing is for those that prefer to do the hands-on work themselves. Or, maybe you live far outside of the Traverse City area but would still like that Composed Home guidance for decluttering your home. Our role is to provide you with direction and a real plan towards organizing your space. 


 Once we have completed the 30 minute phone consultation, we will outline your goals and create an action plan. This action plan will have specific organizational steps which we will follow to achieve an end goal...a space that feels great!


We will check-in via FaceTime or Zoom at regular intervals to  guide the organizational process and check progress. The client can decide how many sessions they would like and how often they would like to complete them. Ultimately, the level of involvement is up to you. 


Hours will be billed at the completion of each session per the quoted hourly rate and an invoice will be sent to the client.
